Classes & Group Training

Training in a group is a great option for those of you who are seeking to loose weight, increase energy level, and be around others that can motivate and push you to the next level.  As your Personal Fitness Instructor, I will put together an effective program and ensure that you are getting the most out of each session.  All programs will consist of a warm-up, cardiovascular and endurance exercercises, along with a cool down and stretching.  We will work hard together and will get you into the best shape you deserve!
 

Mommy and Me Fitness

Mommy and Me Fitness Program is geared for all new moms and their babies!  Each class offers a 60 minute workout routine and gives each mom the opportunity to not only bond with their babies, but also get into shape.  Stroller classes and Mommy and Me exercise routines have become very popular over the last few years.  As a new mother myself, I want all of you to take advantage of this program and see for yourselves just how much fun getting in shape with your babies can be.  You will be surprised how much your baby will enjoy watching you move!
 

My Bridal Boot Camp

This is a new and fresh program for all you brides-to-be in the Cayman Islands.  The program is geared towards the bride who wants to not only look good in her wedding dress, but also have the energy and confidence to tackle everything that’s thrown her way!  This is a customized program that will help you tone up, loose weight, and look fabulous just in time for your big day.  This is not like any other exercise program you have ever done.  I will push you physically and mentally with creative and innovative methods of exercises.  Begin your transformation into the bride you want to be!
 

Bridesmaid Training Program

What better gift to give to your bridesmaid then the gift of Fitness.  This program can be done individually or as a group.  The program will consist of exercises geared towards weight loss and toning.  So be prepared for an intense workout that will keep your heart rate up and body going consistently.  All you need is your workout gear, bottled water, and you’re ready to get started.  All programs will be customized to meet each of the bridesmaid’s needs.  I’m ready when you are!
